I have been living in my car as my husband that is very very abusive had banned me not to come in our home but to seek refuge in my car either on my property, but 99.9% of time i sit in shade in a park. He, David Raines has my Snap Card he uses all benefits for hinself and his parents, not for me and it is MY CARD.  He also is living in the home and with MY SSI CHECK, paying all bills, power, phones, internet, his gas as well as he is puchasing lottery tickets with my SSI and gambling as well as a few merchants will allow him to buy lottery scatch offs and mega millions and power ball tickets. The monies where he sells my snap or is reimbursed cash for picking up items and exchanging for cash to do ???? with   
These were issued to me, he controls them and is committing FRAUD.  I would have reported sooner
I am not allowed to spend a DIME. I have no food!!!!!! I am living in car!!!! I may get use my BB&ampT credit card and pick up snack when desperate but I cant pay card back so I dont like soing this. Can you please help me stop Mr David Raines return my benefits to me so I can live or return to you as they are NOT being used properly and I do not wish to FRAUD YOU MYSELF--
