I am in utter unbelief at the disregard and lack of humanity that is apparent in the treatment of the poor and sick of your own community. We are in the year 2016, over 3 decades since HIV was first discovered, and to see the lack of access to medicine/treatment and preventative care for the poorest in your state is, again, unbelievable. Health Care is not even an option to choose from in your drop-down list. G Amigon Brooklyn, NY (with family in the Carolina's)
