IT was my 61st birthday and when you and your friends realized, you stood to introduce yourself and extend your happy wishes. I am an officer of RJ Corman Railroad Group near Lexington, KY. I am our company's chief spokesman and in this past 36 hours we have been addressing the circumstances leading to five of our employees who were in our company pickup truck heading back to their motel at about 1:30 am. As you know, we are mourning the loss of two men who drowned. We all know now that initial reports that our men moved barricades or drove around barricades is untrue. You have been so right in being so emphatic to the public about not moving barricades. I am confident you are leading the efforts to place more barricades where your state has so many road washouts. We are a prominent emergency services responder for our nation's railroads and we are intensely active in promoting safe behaviors. We will continue to operate as safely as possible in South Carolina while we work track washouts and as we begin operating our new short line railroad over in the Horry County/ Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina. We call it our Carolina Line. Sincerely, Noel Rush
