The information I'm seeing published through various online news sites and the Charleston Post and Courier basically says that this is due to the Republican Party apposing the Democratic parties healthcare reforms. In my view because of partisan politics 12 billion dollars of federal tax money (which my family contributes too) will not help fund Medicaid in S.C. What this means is that my family is now "at risk". We are a low income family and can't afford normal insurance. My wife, myself and our toddler daughter will have to juggle finances to get any healthcare. As far as I can tell your administration has been doing a fine job except for the above observation. Please tell me the justification for this policy. It might look good on paper but it is not really helping thousands of S.C. residents, men women and children. Respectfully, Malcolm Cary Anderson,S.C.
