I would like to offer the help from Kinship Circle Disaster Animal Response Team.  We provide
emergency aid for animal disaster victims, skill, experience, stamina and leadership - in a spirit of cooperation to best serve animals. Responders reflect a wide range of training and credentials and we are a 24/7 all volunteer organization that works under Memorandum of Understandings. 
 
Our organization has helped with several international and national disasters in the past.  We were instrumental with Hurricane Katrina in 2005 which is a similar situation your state is facing. As history proves itself, we understand your cities have local care for your animals.  But as time goes by those groups and volunteers get "burn out" and usually that is when the EMA will reach out for additional resources.  Please add us to that list of resources.
