Governor Haley:

Does it occur to anyone in the state government how ludicris it sounds to taxpayers that you don't return the surplus to the people?  The burden of primary, secondary, and tirsiary taxes on businesses is stifling growth.  Thank you for reducing contractor license fees, I won't forget that and hope for a more conducive business environment in 2016.
