I urge you now to do all you can to return the four children that CPS removed from the home of Danielle and William Headley the mother and father. This is a gross injustice the state had no right to remove the children there was no evidence of abuse or neglect! CPS removed all four children from Danielle and William Headley's home because they took their son to the emergency room for suspected health problems. The hospital accused the parents of abuse because the mother followed the instructions of the doctors and their son got better but CPS still removed all of their children from their home.  You must stop this blatant over reach of authority and reunite the children with their parents. What kind of country is this? That is not a good reason to remove children from a home and this violates the parent's rights!  Do not allow the court to terminate parental rights from this family and reunite the children with the parents.This is violation of parental rights and you must represent the parent and petition to return the child back to the parents at once! Again read their story below and demand/order that the children be returned to Danielle and William Headley the parents. This family does not deserve the punishment of being separated for no reason. CPS is supposed to protect children from harm not take them away from perfectly happy and healthy homes.  Danielle and William Headley have not been charged with any criminal activity, abuse, or neglect. You need to help bring their children home. The family's rights as United States citizens have been violated! Find in your heart and within your power to help this family be reunited.
