Re: The trend of dragging of animals and animal torture in your State. It seems to be a thing in your State! The latest I've read about is Arabella the German Shepherd in Columbia South Carolina a few days ago. There was another dragging not to long ago, Caitlyn in Charleson  had her muzzle taped shut, etc. This abuse needs to be stopped! It needs to start with your Office and make all these abuse cases an automatic felony. These need to have mandatory prison sentences not just a slap on the hand and probation. If you care at all about all this horrific abuse you will step up to the plate and do something about it. These people continue to do this and worse. The people of your State needs to know that you will not tolerate this. Thanks Laurie!
