COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - Three bills are heading to the law books after the House and Senate overrode Gov. Mark Sanford's vetoes.

The Senate took final action Thursday on three bills the House approved Wednesday:

- Property owners will be able to designate their land as a fireworks-free zone.

- Nonfranchise automobile dealers, mostly used car dealers, will have to complete at least eight hours of education courses before they get sales licenses.

- There will be a new acupuncture advisory committee. The bill setting that up also sets billing practices for anatomic pathology services and registration requirements for cardiovascular invasive specialists.

The House will take up a Senate veto override next week on a bill that allows people who had worked in state government as college interns, work study students and graduate assistants buy time in the retirement system.

The Senate also will consider a veto the House overrode that lets landowners inspect properties they lease.
