for the death penalty.
Sanford says
that the law makes it clear that there are some lines that you
do not cross.
It's named for nine-year-old Jessica
Lunsford.
She was kidnapped, raped, and suffocated in
florida last year by a man who was a registered sex
offender.
South carolina is now one of only 4 states
with the death penalty option.
