Hi. Iwas told after many years of water standing under my home due to pipes being cloges and not draning i now have rotten wood and piers falling under my house. I have ask for assistance from many places that offer help to low income people i waited for a year and 3 mos. to be told by CORE that my house doesn't qualify .I can't get a lawyer to sue no one wants to take on the goverment , every step I or anyone that comes to my house risks stepping to hard and falling through the floor .PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET HELP.
