Hello on May 11th I took my father to his court hearing the judge dismissed his case but the officer Paige Trimbath badge number 25 troop 5 took myself out in the hallway after my fathers dismissal and issued me a ticket for the same offense then took me back into court to stand trial I was offered no time for council I was given no due process and most importantly she violated sc code 17-13-30 as she had no warrant not there was no crime being committed as stated by the sc code the ticket resulted in me receiving a criminal misdemeanor which is unacceptable as I am a tactical officer and contract for the department of homeland security I have spoke with the state on this issue they as well find it unacceptable I am bringing this matter before you as instructed to by SC IA first note the ticket was issued on 5-11-16 in court but she wrote 4-20-16 I was also told that was not legal and considered misconduct I was sleeping when the original offense happened that my father received ticket for I have several creditable witnesses that can attest to this i am sure if you audit her ticket book you will find the inconsistencies in dates from ticket to ticket she was mad and wrote this out of anger which is also unacceptable behavior for a officer so her having violated sc code and disregard for law I would like this matter resolved on this level if we cannot i can reach higher but I am sure we find reason in this matter so that I may have this false criminal charge removed and return to work thank you , Col.
