I am a resident of McColl SC in Marlboro County.  My home in addition to several others on Neck Road were damaged by flood waters due to Hurricane Matthew.  We are located on Gum Swamp Lake which feeds into the Little Pee Dee River.  The damage is so massive we have been forced from our homes.  However, we are unable to receive disaster assistance through FEMA because Marlboro County has not been declared a disaster area.  Any help you may be able to provide would be most appreciated and we will assist you in any way we can.  As of now we are essentially homeless.
