Gov. Haley, As a voter and a resident of South Carolina for 48years, I want to thank you for the wonderful job you are doing. Please don't forget the topic of students "out of District" polices. Our situation: We live in Abbeville County and 5 miles from 4 other counties. We don't fit in the county school system in which we are assigned and have completed the necessary process for our child to attend the school district that is closer to our home, child care, work and social fit. We went as far as buying property in our childs name so that he can attend the school in the out of district. We now pay taxes in two school districts. Their policy is changing again...(2nd time)of the out of district. Please set some guide lines for our state. We love our school and we only have 4 more years. This is an issue that may seem minor but I know you can help, not just us but for all children of South Carolina. Thank you, Pam Holley
