My husband is working on the beaver damn with United Infastructure group. He is driving 2 hours to sleep 3hrs about every 24-48 hours.  We would like to move our RV to Columbia for him to rest.  Is there any way the RV lot at USC that has full hook ups could be opened for this purpose? If so, please let me know.  He has other crews on 95 that may use this option. Thank you.
