Anything they did to others which resulted in class action law suits and individual judgments against Bank of America, they did to my family. Since I will likely lose my home today, please explain why the cases against Bank of America were thrown out by the SC state supreme court, and the attorney general's office did nothing to represent the collective interest of homeowners defrauded in our own state. These families filed on their own, and there were hundreds, even thousand affected who are residents here. Bank of America dumped 40,000 of these accounts, so that the damage done is not the responsibility of the opportunistic mortgage servicers expecting to benefit from the fraudulent practices of Bank of America. I was not subprime, but I was a victim just the same.
