I am seeing many of our consumers lose their Medicaid benefits due to SCDHHS stating the Spec. Needs Trusts they have are no longer approved and the money is counted as income. The ABLE Act needs to be approved ASAP!! The senate apparently is more concerned for their own salaries as I saw on today's agenda.  We need to protect these who need our voice to protect them. I am also a parent of a son with Special Needs.
Please help get the ABLE act passed and put in place.  GA has approved and we may need to take our business out of state to set up accounts.  I'm proud to call SC my home for 61 yrs and would like to keep business in state...thank you!  Yvonne Hamm
