My soon to be x-husband had punched and elbowed me to the face where I have broken teeth in my mouth. I was able to file CDV charges on him but he called me from jail, threatened me,and even when he was arrested for DUI, he blew a .339 and got off, the police officer dialed the phone so he could talk to me. I had a no contact order but it does not hold up. I was never contacted by the courts to find out if he was leaving me alone or not staying with me. The day I was to show for court, my car developed an oil leak, some how holes where made in my oil filter. No show to court he got a disorderly. Why is the courts not following through? Why did the police officer, who can see his record, allow him to call me, in fact, dial the phone for him? Does any one check on the victims? The holidays are here, please protect the victims from what I went through.
