FEMA has allocated funds to rebuild a obsolete dam in Bentonville, Arkansas. This dam is not needed, does not contribute to the economy and does not represent an emergency. I am sure that South Carolina, because of your recent flooding is in need of these funds.  I would suggest that you contact FEMA and ask them to reallocate the $2.7 million to South Carolina projects.
