Gedney 8871 Lake Drive 201 Cape Canaveral FL 32920 jbg442@ix.netcom.com JUDI Killery's E-Mail Server 142.197.237.88 The "News Media" has stated last week that Hillary Rodham Clinton allegedly paid Bryan Pagliano $150,000 for his services for installing and activating her private server in her Chappaqua home. What was omitting was information as to whether Pagliano had claimed this as income on his Federal Income Taxes or whether the Princess of Chappaqua had claimed this as an expense item on either her personal income tax or the Clinton Foundation Income Tax. Isn't the failure to report this $150,000 by either party a crime or do both march to a different set of laws than what the average citizens has to be subjected to? This question should be answered before proceeding any further since the IRS has refuses to answer most questions in the past and choses to hide behind the Fifth Amendment when it can. Since the yearly pay for a Grade 15 was $136,134.00 it is fair to conclude that his pay for that year should be about $286,134.00. Not bad pay for a 40 year old with a BS degree from Emory University in Political Science. Also unanswered was when and where the work was done. Clearly this installation was done so Killery could avoid government scrutiny in spite of the obvious security exposure that it placed on the United States.
