Dear Governor Haley.

My name is Kenneth White. I am from Pinopolis South Carolina.
The reason for this letter is to ask if the state of South Carolina or the Federal Government offers any monetary assistance for in-home caregivers?
On July 12th 2013 my mother Patricia G White was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. I moved from Raleigh North Carolina to Pinopolis South Carolina to take care of my mother. From July 2013 to March 2016 I gave care to my mother. During this time I was unemployed. On March 5th 2016 my sweet mother passed away. I am not writing to seek a hand out, I am writing to ask if I can file for financial help for my mothers estate to help pay bills and debts? 
I would appreciate any help you may be able to provide.
