I have 3 children and am disabled.  I cannot pay the fees that are asked for my chargers to be expunged. I will be casting my vote an have many people I take to vote each election. 
I completed my fees classes,and time early. Now I cannot get many things that the average citizen can. 
I hope you can help in helping to resolve this with me.
