county has opened the new Fort Mill Parkway (only took three years to
build !!). Myself and neighbors are concerned about the new posted 45 mph
speed limit going through our small section of the Parkway. Before it
bacame a parkway the speed limit was 35 mph. This is the only section that
has multiple homes. We are concerned about children occasionally playing
in the area.
The 45 has turned into 55 and 60 mph. Police sare trying
but they cannot be there all the time.
Question. .. why can't this
small section be 35 mph? Who makes the decision?
