Governor Hailey, I have been a faithful public servant since 1990. In my tears I have see many things.  I have bee from birth to death from love to unloved. I have see what people can do to one another.  I come to you to ask for help.  We have a high rate of problems that go unnoticed or untreated. Meanwhile the mCS goes along almost flawlessly. We are drug tested, they are nor.  We have injured our hearts, souls and minds for those who are deemed less fortunate, only to be avoided by the same crowd. 
I have a family, a wife? A 13 yo and 10 yo daughter and a job. I work through my OTSD with a service animal that I had to locate a resource for.  
When is enough of our lives enough? 
I have asked Rep Pitts for help and his response was repulsive to me, and in love him dearly.
