Gore 1533 Worthams Cut Off Road Little River SC 29566 Blgspc@aol.com 843-399-3357 843-340-4672 PLEASE TRY REACHING ME VIA MY HOME PHONE! I am writing to you because I've run out of options. I don't know if you can help us or not. I'm an inactive RN, living in Little River, SC. My identical twin sister is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been for more than 25 years and she is also credentialed to work with the U.S. DOT and she lives in San Francisco, CA. Our family is aging and in need of having her closer by unfortunately the board that governs licensure for MFT's in SC has advised my sister that she would need to start over, re-take the Boards, work in SC to earn clinical hours etc... There is apparently no reciprocity! California was the very first state to have a board for MFT's and they have standards of practice with greater expectation than SC. Most areas of SC do NOT have anyone as skilled as my sister. When I did a search of some of the very few clinicians in this area I found someone who I had worked with in Columbia, SC, who only worked a desk job because he couldn't handle 1:1 client care. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated. 66.153.153.21
