Baby Boomer Stimulus Package  
To allow Americans age 55 to 64 to buy into Medicare early will accomplish several objectives.
There are millions of Baby Boomer Americans that are working only to keep health insurance. They feel that they cannot afford to risk not having insurance, and do not want to use up a large portion of their savings to "bridge the gap" between employer insurance and Medicare. 
	Unemployment Correction: This will open up several million higher paying jobs as a majority of Baby Boomers are earning the highest salaries of their careers. This will also greatly reduce our unemployment rate and reposition people to jobs that better match their education and skill sets.
	 Medicare Rescue:  This will "shore-up" Medicare as a majority of Baby Boomers are still healthy but need an insurance "Safety Net". They will pay Medicare premiums but not utilize nearly as much health care costs as older participants.
	New Tax Revenue: The billions of dollars in their 401Ks and IRAs will start being withdrawn and will generate a massive flow of new tax revenue without changing any tax codes.  
	Economy Stimulus: The influx of billions of dollars into the American Economy. By getting the Baby Boomers off of the payroll, we can unleash them to start spending this "Dormant Money" and get it injected into our Country's Recovery.
&ltSeamless Integration into an already existing Medicare Program
This package can be implemented by simply creating a premium rate schedule:
