SALUDA---On Tuesday, April 10, 2001, the Saluda County Cattlemen's Association will be touring the beef cattle and forage research units at the University of Georgia. Featured presenters include animal scientists Dr. Mark McCann and Dr. Robert Stewart along with forage agronomists Dr. Carl Hoveland and Dr. Joe Bouton.

 The group will depart at 7:30 am from the Saluda County Extension Office, 201 East Church Street in Saluda. Tour participants will tour aboard a spacious bus and arrive back at the Extension Office at 5:30 pm.

 To register for the tour, send $35 per person payable to the Saluda County Cattlemen's Association, 201 East Church St., Saluda SC 29138 by April 3, 2001.
