On April 5,2016 I was The Victim of a bad accident Hwy Trooper Brice W.Milbourne Badge # 744 arrive on the this trooper has ruin my drivers record which is now suspended,base on his lies,I talk with LT Glen Levine and explain to him how unprofessional Trooper Milbourne conducted his self,Lt Levine Inform me a few days later five supervisors along with him Investigated the scene and base on their findings Trooper Milbourne was not correct,and by that cause it was amended but the damage was already done,Governor Haley something has to be done,my family and I would like to meet with you before this become a Racist War in south carolina,when he stop me he was not aware that I was a retired law enforcement officer myself,he judge me by the Color of my Skin,he has taken away my privileges and my freedom, he has abuse the oath of power  against African Americans whom has cross path with in his working career as a state trooper,I have lost All Respect for anyone in the law which i myself was one,but my family in highly officals such as the FBI and CIA and that's real talk,Investigator Caldwell at south carolina department of public Is handling the case but to be real it not helping the situation my contact is 9123497461,email sjamerson68@gmail.com Thank You
