Haley, I am writing regarding the condition of the roads in our state. They are a complete disgrace. I would be ashamed for people to know that I was the governor. last year we supposedly had a billion dollar surplus, where has that money gone? I figured up how much gas is sold on average daily in South Carolina and how much is taken in in state gas tax. There is absolutely no reason our roads cannot be fixed. That does not include the money we receive from the feds. That also does not include the monies that county's charge on our taxes for road maintenance. Somebody somewhere is stealing our money and it needs to be stopped. If I stole or mis-appropriated funds the private sector I would be in prison. We the taxpayers are fed up. Make a name for yourself and stand up you have already given in and taken our flag
