If the bar is responsible for this drunk's action after leaving their bar could a pharmacy (or the MD that prescribed the insulin) be responsible if a diabetic were involved death causing accident due to he diabetic not eating after taking their insulin? Or a car manufacturer if a death is the result of a speeder? It's time for SC to make people responsible themselves and pass a bill allowing this type of outrageous money grubbing lawsuits.
