I
filed for unemployment on the week of 26-30th of November after being
terminated from E-Transport on behalf of Home Depot Distribution Center.I
was terminated for pulling a trailer from the dock on a red light after
having a computer generated move sent to my computer.Two days
before,another new employee did the same thing but was not terminated due
to the fact that they had 92 moves versus my 73.I wasn't expecting
anything,I only filed for one week,I had a job to go to after that.But,I
was suppose to get a check on Christmas week because the 8 weeks was up
and I did not get in.I did everything that they ask me to do,even tried to
call in for that week that I filed and the system would not let me do
anything.On Friday 01/15/16 the unemployment called me and told me that I
would have to file a new claim? Now,I ask you why? Thank
