Not sure about the department I need to email. I am emailing about a complaint I have filed with SC Dept of corrections about conditions of inmates at Pickens county detention center on lec Rd in Pickens.. They have over 200 inmates when it's only made to hold no more than 100. They are forcing inmates to sleep on dirty floors. Some inmates have also been diagnosed with infections such as staph. This is major health and safety concern for inmates and employees.
