I have a no trespass against my Aunt, Julie Thompkins, she is in her early eighty's. Julie came on my property to pick up my my mother on 12/19/2014. My mother has Alzheimer's and I have guardianship of my mother. The Horry police would not arrest Julie because of her age? If you break the law, age should not matter, should it? The magistrates office is no help either. What can I do? Please help!!!!!
