Disclaimer: No harassment or intimidating just seeking the truth and justice.
I still want to know who applied barred from applying, why it was done and the actually hard verification of when it happened. The provided date of July 19, 2013 to July 25, 2013 is unaccepted because of the timeframe reported by me. The state of South Carolina must have thought our federal government had created a eight dollar bill and gave it to me because I would be only one foolish enough to believe .
