Hello, Last October while residing in the state of California. I was arrested on a out of state warrant, after being locked up in Fresno county for about 25 days I was extradited across the country to South Carolina. On December 18th I was released on a 25,000 dollar bond. The judge that signed the bond, included with the terms of the bond that I must wear a ankle bracelet to enforce a curfew. I have a Wife and two kids that live with me. My savings account has been drained between legal fees trying to live and the 8 dollar a day bracelet I'm wearing, not to mention I have to also pay for a house phone so that the bracelet works. Interesting to find out that the U.S. Supreme Court has found ankle bracelets to be unconstitutional. Yet here I am wearing one. I'm not a criminal. I have no criminal record. I was arrested without a proper investigation into the matter that I was accused. It's been impossible for me to find a job that fits within the limits of my curfew, or an employer who will except the fact that I've been charged with a felony. The state has put me in a position where I'm going broke and will not be able to afford the rest of my attorney fees. I'm being treated as tho I'm guilty until proven innocent. This is an OUTRAGE!!
