You have really done a terrific job handling the flooding crisis in SC. 

On Thursday, Oct. 8, I began driving on a long-awaited trip to visit my sister in FL, and returned today.  During this difficult time, all the work zones and detours were clearly marked.  The police at two points on Rt. 15 were polite and well-informed.

You've had to manage some extremely difficult situations in the past few months.  I have come to admire your leadership and professionalism.
