My name is Morgan Short. I have been dealing with Lexington County DSS to handle my case. They advised me to send my son to New York with his grandma because his emotional status. His father was charged with manufacturing methanphetamines six times and is not allowed to have contact with our son. After sending my son up there the courts send his father up there. I have been made to pay child support to his grandma even with a court oder stating i dont pay child support ever. I have not been allowed to see nor contact my son and do not know where he is at. What can i do? I have contacted everyone. What are my rights? What andma because the New York Court said that they override all sc law.
