Certainly you are aware (or have even read) the recent editorial published by The Aiken sub-Standard.  Looks the $1M per day clock starts on 01 January 2016 and runs for 100 days.  I await your public comment on this matter and proposed position.  A deal is a deal. (Was it Maine Yankee who monetary action against DOE for Yucca Mtn "unavailability" to take waste as agreed?  ACTION !!
