Hi Katherine,

I hope this email finds you well!  We are gearing up for the 2nd Annual South Carolina Mental Health Awareness Day (SCMHAD) on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 and we wanted to touch base to see if Governor Haley would again put her and our State's support behind this day by issuing a Proclamation for the day? 

The inaugural SCMHAD was a huge success and we are looking forward to making this year's even more so!  Countless hospital systems, colleges, and cities throughout our State have already pledged their partnership in the 2nd Annual SCMHAD.  The institutions are lighting their building/campus green (the color of mental health awareness) and individuals are wearing green that day to show their support.

We have a Proclamation draft I would love to send over for Governor Haley to edit as she would like.  Any and all help you can give in pointing us in the right director to have Governor Haley's support again this year would be SO appreciated!
