Dear Governor,
iam the mother of 3 children, ages 12 and under. I have neighbors that wait daily to take photos and videos of my children leaving and returning from school. The Sheriff's office tells me that, because they stay on their property, there is nothing thet can do about it. 
If it were your children, I'm sure they would be dealt with in a manner that would compel them to stop stalking your family. But, because I am an unimportant nobody, they treat it like a joke and tell me to do the same things back to them. It's been 6 years and I am fed up. If I could move, I would. No one, not even the court system, has helped. 
As you are a mother yourself,  maybe you will take this seriously.
