The Circle C truck plaza in Canady's S.C. was the only place available for people to get some propane gas during the outages during the first couple of days. During this time we went there along with many others. When we went to get our propane tanks filled the gentleman told us, " You know its $2.00 a gallon right?" When we asked why, he responded we are the only place available for propane and that the owner knew that. Therefore he was jacking up the price because he knew everyone would pay. He was right we did, we had small children to keep warm including a new born grandchild. I just thought your office should know of this terrible deed, while so many low country residents were in need. Thank You, Miss Dawn Kincaid
