NOW, THEREFORE, I, Nikki R. Haley, Governor of the Great State of South Carolina, do hereby proclaim December 1, 2015 as WORLD AIDS DAY throughout the state and encourage all South Carolinians to learn more about HIV/AIDS, take action to protect their health and the health of others, treat HIV/AIDS patients with fairness and understanding and remember those who have lost their lives to this disease.
